• If you call a number shown on an advert, the fact of the call and the number you dialled.
• With your consent, information about how you use the site, through Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Why we are allowed to use it

We use your enquiry details to answer you and to carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is that it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who else sees it

Our website and email providers process it on our behalf. If you consent, Google receives analytics and advertising data. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can refer back to work we quoted for, then deleted. Records we must keep for tax or insurance are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights
